It includes the net asset value and uncalled capital commitments of the firm’s commingled funds (including certain commitments that are subject to conditions specified in fund documents), the net asset value and uncalled capital commitments of a fund of one (including certain commitments that are subject to conditions specified in fund documents), and invested co-investment capital, in each case, estimated as of August 31, 2026. Total firm AUM figure also includes the net asset value and uncalled capital commitments of a fund of one which closed on September 1, 2026.
