Maryanne Paul is the General Counsel of Contingency Capital.

Prior to joining Contingency Capital, Maryanne was Senior Counsel at Tetragon Partners and a Senior Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York in the mergers and acquisitions and alternative investment management groups. Maryanne began her legal career as an Associate at Minter Ellison in Sydney, Australia, advising clients on a broad range of corporate transactions.

Maryanne has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Columbia University School of Law, where she was a James Kent Scholar, and a BA.L.L.B from Macquarie University, Sydney.
